I love helping my adult & teen students learn ballet for the first time, or improve their technique & artistry if they are experienced dancers. Ballet is fun and good for our bodies and minds regardless of age. I have students in their 70's taking ballet classes for the first time as well as teens, frequently in the same class. Those who like to perform are given opportunities to do so. The class environment is non-competitive, body positive, and supportive. As students improve they are able to move into classes that offer more complex and challenging combinations as well as pointe work. I also create special dances for weddings and other occasions in addition to choreographing the dances my students perform.
