The team at the Hampton Inn was wonderful to work with as home base for a wedding at the Commander' Mansion at the Arsenal next door. Securing room blocks, accommodating a ready room for the bride and her party for hair and make-up, friendly staff and a great location for gathering and catching up. Many food options, access to Boston and places to wander in between events. This hotel is fresh, clean, friendly and generous staff. A special shout out to events director Myay Hanna and coordinator Bella for all of the support. Could not have done it without these 2 wonderful ladies!

Excellent stay at this very nice hotel! Friendly and helpful staff. Very comfortable and nicely designed. Conveniently located in Arsenal Yards with several great restaurants, a movie theater, and a nice grocery store steps away.

Another excellent trip to this Hampton Inn and Suites! The staff is personable and the facility is extremely clean and well-maintained. It is also very quiet- sleep was easy to come by here. It is very convenient to Boston as well- a short drive or ride-share ride. AND it's less expensive than staying in Boston!

I helped plan an event for our church at the Hampton Inn Watertown/ Boston. The events sales team, and especially Maya, was exceptional! They spent time through walk through our event and made sure all the planning the perfect! The day of the event, the staff in hand were all very helpful and accommodating. The event was held seamlessly and everyone had a great time! Thank you to the staff at Hampton Inn!

The hotel was amazing for my group (track team, coaches & parents performing at the TRACK at New Balance. The breakfast was good, rooms and all other common spaces were very clean and everyone was so friendly! The distance to the track was great, a short 7 min drive. But even better are all the food and shopping options around the hotel, perfect for every age and we got a discount card from the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel if you are attending or performing at the TRACK at New Balance, you will get a good nights sleep, a hot shower and delicious breakfast.
