We are a Muay Thai boxing gym located in Brandon, Florida. We offer private lessons, as well as group classes for Adults, Teens, and Kids. Victory Muay Thai youth classes are for students 8 to 12 years old. We hold our youth to the same training standards as teens and adults through classes designed to introduce the fundamentals of Thai boxing while instilling principles of discipline, hard work, and responsibility. Our teen and adult students train together in classes that focus on introducing and refining proper Muay Thai technique. During class, members engage in partner drills, pad work, and strength and conditioning exercises. Members also learn proper defenses, counters, and strikes to implement in specific scenarios.
