I moved to Reno 7 months ago and I have been so happy with the service and would recommend coming here 1000%-- It is very clean, they keep your appointment time, never make you wait, and the staff is very friendly and very good at what they do. They listen to where your concerns are. I always leave feeling better with my aches than before.

I booked a two hour deep tissue massage. My 96-year-old grandmother would have used more pressure. There is no way the therapist they gave me could be a real licensed masseuse. I knew to be alarmed at check in because the receptionist said we clean sheet we clean sheet fresh for you. Why would she need to tell me that? There were at least four times during the massage that I set up and looked at the therapist because I believed he was asleep. He shook me back-and-forth sideways and tapped on me, but there was no such thing as Long kneading strokes as are typical in a massage. I even asked him once about getting a deep tissue massage as that was what I had scheduled. This wouldn’t have passed for a Swedish massage either. This is a fly by night unprofessional please do not waste your time or your money.
