I was shopping in KM Gallery, a brother operation of Momeni’s and found an elephant made of lapis lazuli priced at $9000. When I appeared interested the price dropped to $3800 and there was huge pressure exerted to purchase the piece. I was told the piece would ship on Monday so when I got home and I realized the piece wouldn’t work where I needed it, I called to cancel the order—less than 24 hours since the purchase. I was told the piece was already shipped and there were no returns and it was just too bad that I had to buy it anyway. I am disputing this charge with my credit card company and I am writing this review to warn others to be very wary about buying anything from this store.
