Beautiful hotel and lovely staff. We had a wonderful visit and will return.

Along with the recent reviews this is a hotel I will never stay in again;- gym is literally a closet with two treadmills and a spin bike and a single set of weights. No room for any mat. Don’t call it a gym- I came to stay here because I had business meetings and I thought it looked quirky. They have a lounge area which is across the lobby so 20 paces walk and they refused to serve drinks in this area- the food is shockingly bad that the breakfast was inedible on the 2nd morning and I ended up just going to Joan’s on 3rd which is great- my room wasn’t made up any of the 3 days I stayed here- on the first night a smoke alarm in my room started going at around midnight- I was moved to a room on the street and it was so loud through the night that you may have well have slept outside. The windows rattled!- there are no curtains it is Venetian blinds that do not block the lightHonestly collectively one of the worst hotels I have stayed in. I travel on business very very frequently so that is a tough prize to win.

Good location and hotel atmosphere. A few steps away from good food and coffee. Would recommend this property if you would like to explore the city.

We had a great experience at the Palihouse in West Hollywood. It was very cute and charming. Everyone who worked there was so friendly and helpful. Some of those people were Andre and David at the front desk, Frank and Tim at the valet, and Hasan the security guard. The queen room with the balcony was a nice size for a city hotel. The only thing that wasn’t great was that our room was facing the street so in the morning there was some street noise (horns honking). We played white noise on our phone and that seemed to help. Next time i will inquire about quieter room options.
