The Aspen Grille is a full service restaurant open to all members of, and visitors to Colorado State University. Located on the 300 level of Lory Student Center, the restaurant serves up contemporary cuisine weekly, operated by CSU student employees. In partnership with the Department of Food Science and Human Nutrition, the Aspen Grille serves as a working classroom for students completing internships in Hospitality and Event Management.
