Rented a party bus for my wedding on 3/28/25 for 2 hours. Me and my husband took a limo to the Chapel. The rest of the group went on the party bus. One of the people on the bus said something to the driver about it being very hot, the driver said the AC was on. Mind you it was only 72 degrees out. After my wedding I got on the bus and immediately said something about it being hot. Once again the driver said the AC was working, showed me the vents at the top of the bus, they were blowing warmish air. Once the bus started moving I said just drop us off at our destination early because it was way too hot. Sunday the owner (I'm assuming) texted me congratulations. I expressed my issue with the AC. Was in less words called a liar and that I should have called for a new bus .... which would have either made my guests late to the wedding (my guests didn't tell me originally because they didn't want to ruin my day) or everyone late to our lunch reservation. Absolutely ridiculous. Offered me a discount to use them again. I live in Ohio, and why would I ever use them again after how I was treated ??!! You'd think complaining to the driver would be enough. Heaven forbid I didn't want to waste my time on my wedding day calling someone to complain or the next day when I was on a plane home to Ohio. Said have video of a lot of my guys wearing jackets. Can't provide video and also it's also 100% untrue. No one in my group was wearing a jacket. All lies
