Donna is very knowledgeable and makes sure you understand what muscles are being affected and why. Then she explains how she will work to relax those muscles and teach you how to change your bad habits at home or work so that you won’t put yourself in pain again. She truly cares about her clients and you can tell this from the very beginning of your sessions.

Donna, the owner, was amazing! She was extremely helpful and wanted to make sure I felt absolutely comfortable throughout the whole experience. After the massage, I was no longer in pain which was such a relief. I will definitely be back and can not wait to tell all my mom friends how extraordinary this place is.

They don't answer the phone to book appointments, but if you go in they will gladly take your money to prepay for a massage you can't ever schedule. I had a gift certificate from Valentines Day '21. I told them I had been trying to reach them for weeks by phone and email with ZERO response. They told me that's too bad your gift certificate expires regardless of what we do or don't do.

The actual therapists might be fantastic but I can't get past the unprofessional owner to be able to support this business. She is rude and aggressive and extremely unprofessional to people and other local businesses. I've heard horror stories from people working with her and her behavior with other service industries is an embarrassment.

NEVER book with them. they didnt call me until the morning of a surprise appointment for me (it was a birthday gift). but because I didnt know about it they took the money without offering ANYTHING. they dont call to confirm appointments beforehand (meaning a day or so before) to make sure they can just take your money. I've worked at a massage therapy place and rub me the right way is an absolute JOKE. dont waste your time on the phone with these people (they wont help you, just argue that you are wrong....so much for customer service) and dont waste your money.
