Serving buyers, sellers, and investors throughout the two Carolinas from the sun, sand, and waves of the beautiful Atlantic Ocean to the majestic Smoky Mountains. Because of numerous requests from mature adults looking to relocate to the Carolinas and/or invest in vacation income properties, I added the SRES (senior real estate specialist) designation to my arsenal. Who is better to serve the rapidly growing “boomer and maturing” market than someone that has personally done it? Having practiced real estate for more than 20 years and living at the beach, people often ask why I do not retire, but the answer is simple - I enjoy my work too much and would be bored to death.
