tripadvisorThe whole place is disgustingly dirty. Straight from walking in, the carpets in the halls leading to the rooms are filthy and covered in stains. Entering the room, you get more of the same, plus mildew and unclean bathrooms. The whole place is completely unsanitary and a room change request won't change that as they clearly lack basic cleaning standards.
MoreNever try again. Rude stuff and when you complain to manager no one care about it. The rooms are disaster. See photos attached.
MoreThis has to be the worst hotel in the United States. Like I mean the worst, stains on the carpets, towels, bedsheets. Mold everywhere! Literally black mold everywhere, Ac doesn’t work, shower is dirty, crumbs and dust in every single corner. The room beside you is paper thin walls… like literally might as well share a room with your neighbour. The entire room smells like cigarettes and the hall way. This is the worst hotel experience of our life. We’re frequent travels and stay in probably 50 hotels a year, I’ve never seen anything like this in my life. STAY AWAY !!!!!!!!!!! Seriously. Awful
Morecheck in 8/28/26I had a late check-in at approximately 10:00 PM, after previously calling to confirm the latest possible check-in time. Upon entering my room, I discovered that the air conditioning unit was malfunctioning and making an unbearably loud noise. When I tried to call the front desk, the line was busy. I went down to the lobby and found the front desk agents, Alexis and Ruan, in the back office laughing and giggling, with no one actually on the phone.I respectfully explained the situation to Ruan at 10:30 PM, and he informed me that a maintenance staff member would look at it in 15 minutes, adding that he would find me another room if it could not be resolved. By nearly 11:00 PM, no one had arrived. When I went back down to follow up, Alexis intervened and aggressively stated that they would not give me another room if maintenance could not fix the issue, directly contradicting what Ruan had just promised.Throughout the interaction, both Alexis and Ruan treated me with utter disrespect passively and spoke to me like a child, condescendingly telling me that I was the one who chose to check in late. Alexis repeatedly called me love despite my multiple requests to be addressed as Mr. Williams, and she ultimately threatened to kick me out of the hotel. When the assistant manager arrived, she was completely unhelpful, immediately taking their side without knowing the facts or reviewing any security footage. I never raised my voice, cursed, or disrespected anyone; I simply expected a serviceable room for the night I paid for.The only bright spot during this ordeal was an employee named Rupam. He was a true blessing, handled the situation professionally, and made me feel heard.Alexis and Ruan lack the basic customer service skills required to interact with paying guests. I strongly urge management to review the security and audio cameras from this encounter and ensure that these employees receive immediate retraining.I look forward to your response regarding how this matter will be addressed Only one elevator working .
MoreAbsolute terrible Property! Zero Customer service. Rules no other hotel applies. I checked my soccer team into 7 rooms, all charged on 1 card and prepaid. It took over an hour to get checked in and get room keys. This was not because it was busy; I was the only guest checking in. I had to sign more pages for these 7 rooms than I did for my mortgage. Security is a bunch of creeps, and the property is ok with them harassing guests. The security guard was outside of the property with a group of other males smoking something weed. They were harassing my female team; he was part of the problem, not just observing. An hour later, coincidentally, he was banging on the room doors of our team members, asking them to open the door. The group of males who were outside were behind him. Luckily, my girls were smart enough not to open the door and called the coaches immediately. Call the front desk about this, and they hung up on me three times because I wouldn't accept their BS line as their reason for banging on doors at 12 am. The room in question is right next door to one coach and across the hall from another. This was a creepy experience for my female soccer team.I heard nothing but complaints from guests during the hour it took to check in and the 30 minutes it took to check out and get a receipt for charges.A/C not working, Toilet not flushing, Room not cleaned, can I request a late check out - Hotel policy is no. The guest service members are clearly trained to handle complaints and just move on, even when the guest has another problem or question. I have never been at a hotel with such rude customer service. The hotel is arrogant, as though it's a 5-star hotel and guests are paying thousands of dollars per night. I would not give this property 2 stars. It is on par with a typical motel (Red Roof Inn, Motel 6, etc). I would stay clear of this place like the plague! Spend a few dollars more for a much better experience. You will check in frustrated and leave even more infuriated.
