At Kasé Sake & Sushi, we focus on a combination of fresh ingredients, responsibly sourced fresh seasonal seafood, and friendly/knowledgable staff, all coupled with classic Japanese and modern culinary preparation techniques. Never satisfied with the mundane, we are constantly experimenting with innovative culinary methods to refine our menu each season. Since we have started on our adventure, we have only pursued the most sustainable and freshest products available. Kasé offers several unique chef coursed tasting menus or several dozen fresh offerings ala-carte, whether you dine-in, take-out, or order for delivery. Kasé is not a place to see and be seen. It’s simply a place to enjoy some of the highest quality sushi in Las Vegas.
