Our 3rd time staying at The Moran. Same reasons, perfect location, convenient to freeway, walkable to shops and restaurants and really nice rooms.

Jessica was great. She checked me in and out. Was very helpful& the process was so fast and easy. I will be visiting again my next time in Texas. Thanks again Jessica.

While the actual 2 night stay was great and we were very happy with the hotel , location and facilities ; they charged us over $450 for daily “incidental deposit” for 2 nights and won’t refund it. I’ve called 3-4 times now over 3 weeks and they just keep saying they’ll refund it right away and nothing. Finally disputed the charge today because I’ve got no confidence left. Really tainted the stay.

Ryan did amazing work and his customer service is exceptional! So grateful for him!!

Power outage for 2 nights. No parking garage next door. Customer service could be better for the inconvenience caused. Will not recommend if you are looking for a good customer service.
