Lauren, our guide, was amazing! Met up in Forks and from there headed to the Hoh Rainforest and it was more than I could have imagined! Lauren had so much knowledge of the vegetation and helped us see things from both the micro and macro point of view, which was mind blowing. From there we had a nice lunch then visited the big cedar tree. A short drive later we were at a nearby beach where we saw some amazing sea life in the low tide pools and we also visited the beautiful Tree of Life. This review does this hike tour no justice. You just have to go see for yourself. I highly recommend this tour with Good Trip Adventures. Lauren had a really nice van stocked with snacks and drinks and made the day perfect for us. Thank you, Lauren, and I hope to do another adventure with you!

Good Trip isn't strong enough to describe my recent experience on Good Trip Adventures's 7-day guided trip to Olympic National Park and Mt Rainier National Park. Going in, I was apprehensive whether a guided trip would be worth the cost, as anyone can simply visit the national parks. But now, for anyone with the same apprehension, I would tell you that this is not just a simple visit to the parks. The added-value is tremendous: you learn substantially more from the guides' superb knowledge of the geology, ecology, landscape, and history, and your experience is amplified by the opportunity to travel, hike, and connect with other participants from around the world. Our guides were supremely friendly and knowledgeable, and we especially appreciated (1) Beau's cordial and usually hilarious antics/stories and (2) Sara's contagious positivity and gratitude for all aspects of this outdoors experience. My favorite memories on this trip include not only the scenic vistas and learning moments, but also our warm evenings sharing in food, stories, and games with newfound friends. It was one of the coolest experiences of my life, and I would enthusiastically recommend it to anyone who shares in Good Trip's values.

Just finished a 7 day hiking and camping trip in Olympic National Park and Mount Rainier National Park with Lauren and Beau. This is my fourth trip with Goodtrip Adventures and just like the previous three it exceeded my expectations. From the very first second to the very last second I had the best time. All of the hikes and camp sites were chosen perfectly, and I got a very well rounded experience of both national parks. Lauren and Beau don’t just lead hikes, they educate about the native lands and the environment. I came away with a deeper appreciation for the culture of this region. The locations of our hikes and camps, and the food that Lauren and Beau cooked for us were out of this world. I can’t wait to come back here next year for more!

Lauren guided us for a full day Olympic National Forest Tour. She called ahead to see what was important for us to see and plan an individual itinerary and lunch. We had a fabulous day, hiking, seeing both the rain forest and the tide pools with a lovely lunch in the middle of the day. She was so responsive to our needs, very knowledgable about geology, trees/plants, animals, and the area in general. We were in a very comfortable SUV for lots of driving, very comfortable, including snacks and educational materials. I know this is an expectation (but we've all been in the car of a terrible driver, right?) but, her driving was impeccable on very curvy roadways. We just can't say enough lovely things about our day with Good Trip Adventures and Lauren. We'll be back!
