I used Capital One Travel to book a rental car with Fox Rental Car in Chicago O'Hare. Two days before traveling I saw an online video stating that they were scamming people, but I could not cancel my reservation without losing everything I had paid. Everything seemed to go well, and I opted to register for the (ridiculous) Illinois Tollway online instead of paying Fox's (ridiculous) pre-pay. I wasn't going anywhere that I thought required tolls. I turned in my car, had no issues that I knew of and kept checking for tolls through Illinois' Tollway app. To this day, not one toll has come up on my app, yet Fox sent me a bill for $7.30 in tolls and $60 in administrative fees. I suspect someone at the Illinois Tollway is working for Fox to hide these fees from their site. I reached out to them but their website Customer Service is a dead-end street. Don't ever use Fox. Stick with Enterprise or Alamo or some reputable car rental company. Or use Uber or Lyft if possible. Fox truly is a scam.

It was very great the pilot that we had was amazing. I actually did a wedding proposal there, and the place was very accommodating. I would highly recommend booking with them, and the owners were nice talking to them as well when I first booked the appointment. Very good follow up, and communication!
