This bookstore is just terrific. It has thousands of books, hundreds of vinyl records, cassette tapes, CDs, DVDs, VHS, as well as arts and crafts. You could spend days wandering down the aisles just looking at all the picture books. Every category from Christian inspirational to Erotica. Free parking makes it a pleasure to shop. Reasonable prices. Takes credit cards.

Lucky for me, this is close to us and we frequently go to browse. There are so many books! They have eclectic local artwork for purchase and a small selection of vinyl. There is a piano that my daughter enjoys playing on occasion. I usually cross check my TBR here before buying elsewhere because of the price…$1-3. We frequently take our finished books for donation which is also convenient. There is no store credit but I am happy to have an easy place to donate. There is plenty of parking and it is usually busy but not icky crowded. The only downside I have is I find it hard to find the books I am looking for at times. I probably should just ask but I always get distracted with other books. The staff is friendly so maybe next time.

This place is great! Its not too clean-very dusty and the shelves are not in the best condition but the books make up for it. I do have to say that their are few kids books and the ones they do have are very disorginized. They have lots of books for teachers. I wouldn't go there to look for a certain book, they have random books. They also have waterbottle stickers- 3 for a dollar I think. They also have movies, games, book themed crafts and decorations. They take used books so if you have books to donate, i'm sure they will gladly accept.

I am a book nut and enjoy reading and volunteer with my local Friends of the Library. . The store is well organized, shelves labeled and clearly marked. Prices are reasonable. I found about four shelves of books for my particular interest, which is pretty amazing. They do have a lot of older books and I found two I had not seen before. One is about 50 years old, classified as vintage and cost me $5.00; the other was $2.00. Their book mark says there are three miles of book shelves. There is a large open are in front with chairs and sofas so you can read and relax. They believe in saving items from the landfill and have a few other recycled items for sale. If I am in Florida again, I will definitely return.

The name Book Rescuers does not do justice to this wealth of books of every genre, new and vintage. Many books are $1-$3 with a discount for cash app payment. They also highlight local unique art and even have some art projects and a take home activity. There are boxes and bins of vintage vinyl albums and DVDs. A collectors heaven! The front of the store is several comfy sofas and chairs to read the books and relax to go back for a second look. Low key vibe with sound classical music. Accessibilty: venue us accessible with wide aisles and fair readable aisle markers. Accessible restroom with grab bars. Accessible wheel chair van access parking in free lot for this venue only. Curb cuts
