Beautiful hotel close to everything and Emanuel was so nice and helpful. He bought all our belongings to our room. Definitely worth every penny that we spend. Clean and smells wonderful.

Gino, from the concierge, was very helpful! The pool, rooftop bar, gym and all amenities are very good.

When you arrive at the parking, you didn't know where to go. 2 valet guys and a lots of cars and guest. You go forward and go up, and up, and up, nobody to help you. Nobody to say how to pay parking or where is the lobby, or what you have to do.When you reach the room there's no clean. The floor of the room is disgusting, hair, fur, powder, plastic, terrible...If you need pan to cook, like I do, because I have a 18 months child, you will be surprised. Only 1 pan at the room. I've asked more and they took more than 4 hours to bring it.It's forbidden to smoke cigar, but it likes it's allowed to smoke weed. The smell is terrible every place you go, elevator, pools, rooms, disgusting...
