Elba was our waitress and she was great. She made sure we had everything we needed. Very attentive. 10/10 highly recommend.

The Elser is our go to when cruising from Miami based on it's location and cheap shuttle service to the port. I love being able to wash laundry before leaving so we pack less. However in February 2026 the dryer didn't work at all and maintenance never came to fix it after saying they would. I had to hang dry the clothes and use the blow dryer. Other than that the rooms are usually great, we've had a studio, a 1 bedroom suite, and a 3 bedroom suite. This time the 3 bedroom suite had a washer dryer combo which I'm not a fan of due to each load taking 4 hours and having to go buy liquid softener. Also room service forgot 3 orders of bacon and when I called they said they would expedite the order up to us and it never came. So I paid $12 to not receive bacon. So combining that and the dryer issue back in February I'd say service is bad, and those two reasons are why I only rated it 4 stars.

We had lunch at the pools rooftop bar/restaurant and had amazing service from Jean who waited on our table. Food and drinks were really good!
