Great location, and a very friendly Front Desk employee at check in.What’s unacceptable is that my shower had a ton of hair (all types of hair). The hotel doesn’t seems as though this is an important matter to discuss.I blame the unprofessionalism on Management.
MoreI stay at Four Points by Sheraton (Plano). The hotel is clean and the service is excellent. 15Jun I stay one night for business. Next day when I leave the hotel I left my Apple powerbank on the bed, they find it and Mailed to my home in Seattle for free. I really appreciate their excellence service, specially Ms Lou Ann Jordon’s special help.

MoreThey cancelled my reservation with a 1 hour notice. I was on a flight when they sent an email of a problem with my credit card being expired and by the time I landed in Dallas they had cancelled my reservation. Extremely disappointed in this very lousy customer service and experience. I guess being a lifetime Marriott gold member is meaningless if they treat their guests this way.
