Save yourself the stress of ALL of it with pre-made meals from MI Meals! We offer balanced, fresh meals that are ready to heat & eat! Are these made fresh daily? We prep meals Monday, Tuesday, and Friday. Tuesday cooks are for all pre-orders from the previous week. Do you offer shipping or delivery? Yes! We do offer local delivery for a flat rate fee of $20. We will be offering Door Dash, Grub Hub, and Uber Eats! Can I order & pick up the same day? You can always purchase from the cooler at MI Meals or MI Nutrition the same day but the inventory is limited. Since we only cook on Monday, Tuesdays, and Fridays you have to pre-order.
