Broken fan, fell from the ceiling and hit me while I was on a call.

They didn't put a casing in the ceiling for the fan.

Bad paint job in the bathroom, didn't even use plastic to cover anything they got white paint all over the matte black finish

Wrong screws used for the fan, even I know this.
