Very unprofessional. The driver came late (even though she told dispatch she was already there) because she said Oh I figured I would get gas because your flight was later. Then, we stopped at Starbucks on the way to the airport. I ordered my coffee and it was ready, then she goes and orders herself a latte. Waiting for her order got me delayed getting to the airport even though I was ready to go. This was not a personal joyride, it was a professional car service and it really shouldn't be this type of experience.

Sam did a great job getting us picked up and was constant communication with us so that we were not waiting around.

Such an incredible experience all around. Ben our driver was on time, polite, patient, and professional.

Driver was very good and safety cautious

On time, very socialable. Happy attitude.
