I visited this spa expecting a relaxing, premium experience, but was incredibly disappointed by the severe lack of basic maintenance and hygiene. The steam room—a core amenity for any spa—has been completely out of commission for what seems like months, with no clear timeline for repair.Even worse is the state of the facilities. The showers were visibly dirty, and the floor mats were shredded, grimy, and looked as though they hadn't been properly sanitized or replaced in years. In a wet environment, this is a massive red flag and poses very concerning health and safety risks. To make matters worse, management continues to charge full price while failing to deliver on basic cleanliness or advertised amenities. I highly recommend avoiding this location until they take sanitation seriously.

My skin has never looked better! I booked a facial and the experience was top-tier. They explained every step of the process and used high-quality products that felt amazing. The facility is sparkling clean and the heated tables are a game changer. If you're looking for real results and a total pamper session, this is the place.

Our kids gave us passes to SpaLight that expired in Dec 2024. I get it - they're expired. However, they were a Xmas gift, the kids were disappointed we didn't go, and I hoped they could extend our passes so we could use them. I was also hoping that if the experience was good, we could return. I mean what a great name! SpaLight. Both the manager, and the owner, said No Go! It just means a bad feeling for me, and a guarantee for them that I'll never go.

Logan the Manager was so so so rude on the phone! The strangest interaction ever. I called asking questions and he was being mean on the phone. I was a bit caught off guard because I was asking normal questions.
