Our kids gave us passes to SpaLight that expired in Dec 2024. I get it - they're expired. However, they were a Xmas gift, the kids were disappointed we didn't go, and I hoped they could extend our passes so we could use them. I was also hoping that if the experience was good, we could return. I mean what a great name! SpaLight. Both the manager, and the owner, said No Go! It just means a bad feeling for me, and a guarantee for them that I'll never go.

Logan the Manager was so so so rude on the phone! The strangest interaction ever. I called asking questions and he was being mean on the phone. I was a bit caught off guard because I was asking normal questions.

Awesome experience. I went there because I love a Korean scrub. It was awesome. The facilities are clean, staff is awesome and it is a very relaxing atmosphere. After spending hours soaking and relaxing, I had a phenomenal full body massage. What a great day!!!
