I believe in the value of human connection and healing through touch. The human body is composed of many interconnected parts which are influenced by neurological and spiritual states. Small shifts in the human condition, whether mental, emotional, or physical, significantly impact the trajectory of our lives. I specialize in identifying, holding space for, and releasing tension held through physical or emotional imbalances.
