Our experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing and very upsetting. For the high premium we paid, we expected luxury service but received a massive headache instead. We will never stay at a Nobu hotel again.1. Severe Billing & Check-Out IssuesI was overcharged right at the start when making my reservations. The reservations supervisor assured me that the difference would be refunded at check-out. However, when checking out, the front desk falsely claimed the credit had already been applied to my balance. I had to waste over an hour and a half at the desk arguing to get this corrected before they finally agreed to credit the difference.2. Poor Housekeeping & ServiceWe stayed for 3 nights and our room was never cleaned during our entire stay. By the time we wanted towels, we had been out all day, were exhausted, and didn't want to deal with a full room cleaning, so I had to call and request them. The housekeeper who delivered them was very sweet, but she did not speak English, making communication difficult.3. Exhausting 2.5-Hour Dinner ServiceOur first night, we ate dinner at the on-site restaurant. Service was incredibly slow—we were trapped there for over two and a half hours. While we appreciated that management apologized and brought out extra food and dessert on the house, the seating they gave us was extremely cramped and uncomfortable. We left feeling tired and frustrated rather than relaxed.4. Room Design FlawsThe room was only sorta nice and lacks practical design for a luxury hotel:• Closet Space: There was only one tiny closet, meaning we couldn't even hang up all of our clothes.• The Bathroom: The toilet seat was shockingly small and sat extremely close to the ground. It was genuinely uncomfortable and hurt to sit on.Summary:A luxury price tag should come with seamless service and comfort. Nobu Atlanta failed on both fronts. Save your money and stay elsewhere in Buckhead.

The service is not 5 star nor is the property. My room was clean and but not 5 star decor. Ordering from the pool you have to pay a delivery fee plus gratuity. I ordered potatoe chips and they were delivered stale. I used the car service to travel to a local restaurant but when I called for pick up, they didn’t respond to my text. So I then I called the hotel twice and nobody answered. Finally I had to use an Uber to get back to the Nobu hotel. I brought brought these issues to the attention of the manager , Josh , on my check out in the morning. Josh refunded me the $5 dollar service fee for the stale potato chips.

This hotel was chic. Not worth the price tag when the snacks aren't complimentary in the room, no complimentary wine given as stated and the water pressure is meh.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 10/10 EXPERIENCE!Our stay at the Nobu Hotel Atlanta was absolutely incredible! From the moment we arrived, everything was above and beyond. The hotel was beautiful, impeccably clean, elegant, and had such an amazing atmosphere.But what truly made our experience so special was the staff. Every person we encountered went out of their way to make sure our trip was perfect. Their attention to detail, kindness, professionalism, and genuine desire to help made us feel truly valued and welcomed.A very special thank you to Nigel, Mitch, Sam, Alex, Andres, and Z, the manager. You all went above and beyond and did everything in your power to make our stay amazing and memorable. It’s rare to experience that level of genuine hospitality, and it made all the difference.I cannot recommend the Nobu Hotel Atlanta enough. Beautiful property, exceptional service, and an incredible team. 10/10 without a doubt! We will absolutely be back! ❤️

We had such a great time at this hotel! Sam, at the front desk, helped us resolve an issue we had at check-in and was very kind. Austin was very professional when taking us to dinner in the house car. Room service was delightful. We love the location of this hotel and we will definitely be back, if not this one, then another one of the Nobu hotels.
