Worse customer service…the assistant manager Ethan was screaming at a lady guest when I was checking out. He should not be working there! This hotel is worse than a motel 6 off the road! I didn’t have the hot water first night and they didn’t care to fix it or change my room when I complained. The manager never shows her face when guests have issues. This hotel is not even close to Malibu …they falsely advertise it as a Malibu hotel. There are plenty of other nice hotels in the neighborhood, save your time and money and do not go there…

Horrible place! With not so professional employees . Rude and unwelcoming! The guy named Ethan who called him self assistant general manager was yelling and screaming and threatening a guest when I arrived…Save your money and go to the other hotels near by. It’s a motel but advertising as a boutique hotel…what a joke!

Great hotel and very convenient access to the 101 freeway. Friendly staff, spacious and clean rooms and a great little restaurant and bar on site. I would bring my family back on another trip, the pool looked great!

Best hotel in calabasas! From the upscale decor to the service to the food and drinks in the restaurant. My stay was incredible and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in the area.

Such an amazing little gem of a property. Welcoming staff as soon as you walk through the door. Everywhere is very clean, rooms are ample and the food and beverage offerings are very good. Enjoyed our stay immensely and will be back and will recommend to anyone. Very very good!
