April provides one of the best yoga experiences in Arizona. I have attended several of the classes and events that she hosts around the valley and the experience has been consistently excellent. Her events are always a lot of fun and bring together a really cool community of people. April is an incredibly knowledgeable and accommodating instructor with a kind and welcoming personality. She offers plenty of modifications or alternative poses for those who are working around injuries. Highly recommended.

She is really knowledgeable and makes the experience fun . My kids even joined it . It was a nice family experience.

April is passionate, driven, and kind-hearted; her teaching style reflects that in every way. Health conscious/fitness conscious/spiritually conscious, she pushes you to somehow simultaneously excel and give yourself grace at the same time. If anyone was made for a career, it was her for teaching the strength, finesse, positivity and body acceptance that yoga instills.

April is an absolute joy to flow with! Her energy is warm and inviting right off the bat. We traveled in a group with a few ladies who are new to yoga and She is great at giving direction for all levels! Her flow was creative and different than the usual up down up down with traditional vinyasa. Would highly recommend booking with her if visiting from out of town especially because she travels to you!! Can’t recommend enough ☺️
