Here are a few projects I have going on as of today to give you some ideas: LD17 Democrats : I am helping to build structure and flow into this newly formed district. I am helping to track and guide projects as well as to design, document and help implement new procedures so the district continues it's success. Ajo Bikes: We have been working on communication with the team through a showroom remodel. To help with this we defined out their organization structure and are working on job responsibilities. This will allow for more buy in for the employees and let the general manager as well as owner know a little more about the staff they have. Polymer Clay Workshop: I am helping to create and maintain a schedule for the tutorials to come out, build a schedule and help the owner stick to it so they continue to produce quality content with less hassle. Perspective matters. Mine is changing daily. There are so many ideas and possibilities out there. Looking through my feed, while applying to jobs and trying to figure out my next move I am noticing more and more quality people out there looking for a job.
