Launched in December 2020, Arts Marketplace is a vibrant nonprofit and inclusive hub in the heart of downtown Grand Rapids, Michigan. Our mission is to fill this space with diverse artists and retailers who enhance the local retail presence while serving and promoting diversity within our community. From fine art to jewelry, apparel, candles, homewares, and fresh flowers Arts Marketplace is the perfect place to find a one-of-a-kind, handmade gift. Through generous donor funding, we aim to offer rent subsidization to tenants for their first six months, breaking down startup barriers and paving the way for long-term success. We also provide new tenants with supportive programming and innovative ways to engage with the community, creating a retail experience that stands out as a must-visit destination for locals and visitors alike.
