A modern-day yoga studio with a boutique style and feel. Small class sizes allow us to provide beginners to advanced students a more personal experience. We offer multiple styles of yoga including: Beginner, Gentle, Hatha, Hot and Hot 26, Restorative, and Yin. We also offer private sessions and have specialty classes for Belly Dancing, Tweens, Mommy and Me, and Home School for toddlers.(Prenatal yoga coming soon). Events include Beach yoga, Inversion workshops, Book Club, Lymphatic Yoga and Formula for Life Transformation seminar.
