I will say the place is nice and clean the staff were nice and professional.It was the services that were not impressive. And the cost is so very much. They add 18% at the end which is understandable but it costs over five hundred dollars for a two hour procedure. Of course. If I felt amazing and was super happy. I probably would not complain about the price. However, for a scrub wrap massage, it was the worst I have had and the most expensive. I am not saying she was horrible, but she definitely did not listen to what I wanted. The room had the ac blasting the entire time.And I was freezing. I may mention of this twice.And she did not opt to warm up the room.She just said she would hurry. I thought, oh, it is out of her control. However, my friend had one and there was no AC. Blowing on her and I noticed when you leave the room. She had control of the temperature. I get she gets overheated, but I felt for that amount of money I shouldn't be sitting there shivering, not enjoy the treatment at all. I feel bad because they were all very nice but if you're not staying there for a hotel, it is not worth it. I feel like they don't care about repeat customers because they're mainly people traveling.

Don't go! AFter traveling 6 hours on a plane, we pre-booked some spa time. I booked the XMF™ Youthful Reveal Facial Treatment-80 minutes...When I met my technician, she asked what I wanted, I told her everything that was included, the front desk told me I could sub in the eye perfection instead of the current portion and I added the plumping lip soother. She said she would like to customize it more, I told her as long as everything was included. She basically didn't include anything in the description and did her own customization. At one point it felt like I had a cement mask on and she was using a chisel trying to get it off. I told her I wasn't comfortable with any of this, she said it wasn't working out, and the application was working as it should. By now my anxiety level was high, she was trying to get the mask off without tearing my skin off....never got anything that was listed included the add on. She didn't charge me for the XMF, just for her custom facial. The skin under my eyes looked worse when I came, I still had some of the mixture on my skin and in my eyes...When I got back to the hotel, I discovered she never even took my makeup off my eyes (mascara)...Was a very big disappointment and the worse experience I ever had....
