Horrible service! Ordered a necklace online, didn’t meet the expectations, and set up a return. Waited 3 weeks for a label or pickup—nothing in response from Tanishq! Contacted chat agents daily, and they only told me to “wait.” No updates, no emails, nothing. The worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. Don’t waste your money here!

Very high on making charges and also they charge you tax on everything their discounts are just a gimmick and do not trust their web site for making or per gram prices they also mark up the gols prices also 5 % of current rate

This store is poorly managed. The staff including the Manager has lack of knowledge about encircle points even though it is clearly advertised on Tanishq USA website. Also, the gold rate is higher than ongoing market price.

this is newly opened on Oak Tree Road, Edison. Tanishq is a very popular jewelry brand in India and folks back in India love this brand. Tanishq has been in the US market through e-commerce for over a year and saw the opportunity to open a store. this is the first Tanishq store in the USA..the two-story showroom offers many unique designs in 18 and 22-KT gold and diamond jewelry, as well as solitaires and colored stones. We came here on Saturday, what a busy day it was. full of the desi crowd like us who loves gold. On 2nd floor- they have a necklace set, Bangles, diamond bangles, and more1st floor- Earrings, stud earrings, Rings, Chains, Pendants, and many moreyes, they have set it up very nicely and the collections are really good, especially pendants and Earrings.though I did not get many options in Gents ring, might I will come later.Geeta attended us and she was really helpful and helped us in making the decisions. even though the plan was just to explore the store/ checkout, We ended up buying $2400 worth of items (pics are attached).and yes, Gold is cheaper here (In the USA), I checked the rate in India, it was INR 5500/gram, and here it's $60.5/gram (roughly INR 4900), so you would save approx INR 5000-7000 per 10 gram if you buy in the USA. They have their own parking at the back.Restroom - it's there and it's clean. Coming to what I did not like-We used to see the huge Tanishq showroom (3x-4x of its size) back in India so it was a kinda weird feeling seeing a small showroom, also hospitality- I didn't like it. Tanishq is a part of the TATA group and they are known for their hospitality. here, in the store, no one welcomed us, no one offered water/tea and no one acknowledged our presence. this is very uncommon for brands like Tanishq. Why I am saying this, is because we get such service/attention in Tanishq-India and I am used to that. I was a regular customer of Tanishq, Gariahat, Kolkata.We did the whole shopping standing. even if we wanted to have a look at some items, we waited around 20 minutes. I understand this is newly set up, but the space is limited and Saturday-Sunday is a crazy day for the store, so if you can, avoid coming on Sat-sun. It's a full house on weekends.
