Hello, my name is Catherine, and I've been teaching piano for 25+ years in Denver and also Kansas City. I teach ages 6 to 96. The oldest student I have given instruction was in her 80's! I love teaching, and adapt lesson flow around individual students. I am excellent at what I do. Lessons include an open format allowing students to grow in their piano playing abilities, technique, theory and improvisation. I graduated from Colorado Christian University with my degree in Music. Additional studies in Piano Performance at Metropolitan State University. Interesting note for you: Research shows that piano playing is ideal in the development and increase of coordination and intelligence especially in children.
