I am a licensed PE with a background in Structural Engineering who has worked for a building department for multiple years as a Plan Checker. I have reviewed and approved hundreds (if not thousands) of construction plans. This experience has exposed me to plans from various different Architects, Engineers and Designers and has really helped me expand my knowledge and experience. I can design and prepare full construction plans for various different types of residential projects and have the ability to bring my client's vision to life. From designing simple room additions to complex remodels and structural changes, I can prepare a full set of plans including Architectural, Structural, Energy, MEP etc per current building codes ready for permit submittal and construction.
