Dez It All Dance and Yoga is a space created for all levels of movers and especially those who don't feel comfortable moving. It is a safe space for you to reconnect with yourself through movement and stillness. To BE in the moment and learn how to realign with a bit of fun! We teach multiple styles of dance and yoga including, but not limited to Ballet, Jazz, Tap, Contemporary, Waltz, Fox Trot, Tango, Rumba, Salsa, Swing, Vinyasa Flow and Restorative. We book private dance or yoga events/lessons, choreograph weddings and quinceanera's and have multiple classes available!
