It's located just south of the Carlisle historic district on Rt. 11, right before I-81. It's a fairly busy center with some congestion making the left hand turn when approaching from the south on Rt. 11.For a very small college town the center is quite representative starting with the WalMart supercenter. There is also an interesting mix of the 26 stores from T.J.Maxx, Staples, Mattress Warehouse and the RC Theaters. There must be at least 8 restaurants, mostly fast food, with Chick-fil-A, Firehouse Subs, Chipotle, Applebee's, Panera etc.
