Hotel Review The room was dirty, all around dirty, the floor had dirt all over it, my socks were covered. The bedding was extremely dirty to include hair balls, stains, and fresh dirt on the sheets, almost as if the beds were just remade and left for us to use. I was appalled and shocked, I had to request all new bedding from the front desk and changed the bed myself. The towels smelled and had random stains on them out of 8 towels I was barely able to find 4 for us to use. The general area around the hotel is not favorable and when we were going to check in we were met with a lady on a bike that was unwrapping a drug bindle while straddling her bike. Later that night we found a guy sleeping on the bench outside the hotel and vehicles were left to park in the fire lane as well. In general the entire hotel smelled disgusting and dirty, as well as a marijuana smell throughout. The elevator was especially foul. You ask why we stayed there, we didn’t have a choice, everything was sold out in Fort Collins for Homecoming at CSU. (Which is why we there) The room rate we paid was extreme for the situation, location, and overall deplorable conditions. This is the worst hotel I have stayed since one I stayed at in Anaheim, CA in the mid 90’s. Most of these things can be fixed and avoidable with actual interest in caring about your guests, the property, the hotel is renting. Also, you know you are in a bad area when the front desk closes at 10PM on weekend nights.

Stayed 4 nights. GOOD PART: Hotel and grounds were clean. Most staff friendly. Free coffee in lobby. No problems with elevators. Beds were clean and comfortable with 3 fluffy pillows. Room was quiet. Laundry facility was clean. $2.75 to wash and $2.75 to dry per load. Nice little fenced area for pet to play. DISAPPOINTED PART: Reserved handicap accessible room that had shower with hand rails and reservation confirmation photo shows that. But did not get that room. Room had tub with no hand rails. Room had kitchenette, but no dishes, utensils or cookware! No coffee pot in room! No hand towels. Only 2 bath towels and washcloths. Internet is available but had to call a number to gain access - then put on hold for a long time.....then the internet would shut off after being on my laptop for about an hour. Soda vending machine not working. Hasn't worked in 2 months according to front desk host. I was totally bummed with no coffee pot in my room and a kitchen with no cooking pans or dishes. That is a detail they should reveal on their website.

My husband and I are traveling back to Illinois and chose this hotel in Fort Collins which was advertised as new and it’s only an hour north of Boulder. We pulled into the front of the hotel with our truck and trailer and several men were out front. I was not impressed by their attitude, their clothing or their aggressiveness.Went around back to find a place to park and there was no place for a truck and trailer even though it shows a super huge parking lot on Google Earth. I went inside to go up and check the room my husband tried to find a place to park. We have been in a lot of hotels these past two weeks , but this one was creepy. I went upstairs to look at the room and was apalled at the condition of a new hotel. The bed was not a queen. It was bordering on a full size and a board would have more comfortable. There was no toilet paper in the holder in the bathroom. I could hear the people from the hallway who were arguing about drugs. When I went to the elevator to go downstairs, it took forever and when it did open the gentleman on the elevator looked like he had just shot up. I turned around and found the stairwell exit and left. We’ve been on the road for two weeks and we have never in those two weeks found a hotel where we did not feel safe. I’m sure all our valuables would’ve been broken into during the night as people seem to be casing the parking lot.Stay away from this drug rehab hotel !!!

Do not stay here; it is not safe, and the hotel management does not assume responsibility. Someone walked into our room in the middle of the night with the excuse of us being noisy while we were sleeping. I brought this issue to the receptionist's attention, and I did not receive an apology or even an acknowledgment that it was wrong. There are many hotels nearby; next time, I will choose one where I can sleep without worrying about hotel personnel breaking into my room. I will never come back.
