Adam is a Latino creative, wellness curator, space holder, movement instructor, sound practitioner and transformative life coach living in Orange County, California. Uniting evidence-based research backed by experts in integrative medicine with ancient wisdom & indigenous healing techniques to aide others in reconnecting to their own innate gifts. Going through a journey of mental health from battling panic attacks, anxieties, & depersonalization from working in a corporate setting to discovering ways of healing the inner child, embodying confidence, and balancing the body, mind & spirit. Adam found these healing modalities to be grounding and a call back into the body. He now embarks on a journey through a trauma informed lens connecting to more natural, sustainable & decolonized methods of creating products, experiences and coaching that is healing and transformative. Trained in music theory in High school and college. As well as sound therapeutics, trauma informed relations, guided meditation and somatic yoga. Adam has also had the opportunities to work with many individuals along the way collaborating on large scaled events such as weddings, birthdays, leading retreats, and hosting educational workshops.
