Our Australian Wagyu is locally sourced from a local butcher shop, ensuring premium quality and taste. Our signature sandwich is the Sloppy Bun, which comes with Wagyu beef with melted American cheese on buttered and toasted buns, topped with freshly diced white onions and dill relish. One of our most popular menu items is the Big Joe, which combines our Wagyu Smashburger with a Sloppy Joe, the best of both worlds. We also use 100% beef-tallow to fry our French fries and tator tots, giving it a crispy and flavorful touch.
