Hands down still the best place to pay your head down and most comfortable undeniably!

I literally never complain or write reviews about businesses or hotels but this needed to be said. Don’t walk away from this place, RUN away from this place. This is a horrible place to stay. I tried two different rooms and they both WREAK. I mean they absolutely stink and are musty AF. Like i literally can not even breath out of my nose in the rooms it’s so bad. If you are sensitive to smells DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT stay here. Not only that, there was a huge dried out brown streak on my top sheet and they tucked it into the foot of the bed probably hoping I wouldn’t notice. Yup, you read that right. A poop stain. Stay away from this place.

I stayed at this location with my 8-year-old autistic son. We had his parakeet, which was about 7 years old. The idea was to rent a unit until closing on a home. One of the housekeepers illegally entered my unit and caused harm to our bird. Blueberry, my son's bird, passed away after being seen by an avian doctor. She suffered from a broken foot as well as an unexplained dried green chemical around her beak. Nothing was resolved when the issue was reported to management. Instead, I was threatened with being on an illegal rate and kicked out by Jesse who is in charge of sales. My son and I had less than 25 minutes to leave. Most of the units rented are by felons! Not a safe place for families.

The rooms were very clean. Full kitchen, and washer and dryer in room. Easy access to restaurants and also to interstate.

There were problems with our original room at check-in and staff upgraded us to a two bedroom suite. The unit was clean and spacious. Most importantly the bed was super comfy.
