Karen's Kitchen is a custom cake and cupcake business. I bake with organic, all-natural, non-gmo wheat and use organic ingredients whenever possible. I don't use artificial colors, flavors, or preservatives and can also make my baked goods vegan and nut-free! I use a flour called Einkorn, which has never been gmo'd or hybrized.
