This was literally the worst hotel I have ever stayed at in my life! I booked a room online and then when I arrived they told me they did not have my reservation so they made me book again and then they ended up charging my card twice. After I pointed out the error they refused to refund my money even after the booking agency contacted them and apparently they were very rude to them as well. Been fighting this for days and they keep hanging up. The guy working the front desk was complete A hole and super nasty to me and refused to help with anything he told me its not his problem. They i get to my room and the AC doesn't work and there is blood and sh** stains all over the hallways and smells like pure vomit. Not to mention all the junkies in the parking lot!! Seriously if you are looking for a room there are soooo many better options out there. Honestly sleeping in the car would have been a better option. STAY AWAY!!!

Where do I start? How about the multiple cockroaches in our room including trails of roach feces in places like beside the mini fridge. Or the dirt stains on every surface from the headboards to the rugs to the bathroom. And then there was the group of bikers that partied loudly outside our room by the hotel entrance with loud music and yelling all night until the sun came up that the hotel never put a stop to. I tried to move to a different room but the one person working the front desk all night said they had nothing available. I called every hotel within a 30 mile radius but they were all booked for the night. By the time morning rolled around and the manager showed up they said they couldn’t refund me the cost of the night since there was nothing they could’ve done about the issues.

Bad Experience. Room Dirty and no housekeeping during the entire stay. Smelled like smoke and very limited breakfast offerings.

Definitely a diamond in the rough! This hotel is not on the main drag but close enough to everything. The staff was so friendly and welcoming!!! Enjoyed breakfast and talking with the staff

This hotel is very NASTY. Ants all over the dresser and floor and in the aircondition vent, floor look like it had not been vacuum in months. You could smell weed in the hallway and elevator. Someone was walking around over in the morning knocking on doors. Someone set off the Fire alarm at 5:00 am. I was very disappointed this rating should be a one.
