Set at a height of 1069.5 feet (325.9 meters), Bromide Hill is nestled in the Chickasaw National Recreation Area in Oklahoma. Hike along the Bromide Hill Overlook Trail that begins at the Travertine Nature Center and revel in the stunning views of the surrounding forests, waterfalls, springs, creeks and the calm and serene river. Visitors can continue hiking along this family-friendly trail and head to Bromide Hill. This trail is open all-year-round and can also be used by biking enthusiasts. Campers can even spend the night at the nearby Rock Creek Campground.
