She holds a CAMTC certification with over 1000 hours in bodywork education and is a Certified Manual Lymphatic Drainage Therapist (Vodder Technique) by the Academy of Lymphatic Studies and Certified Cosmetic Surgery Therapist from the Norton School of Lymphatic Therapy. She is also a NASM-Corrective Exercise Specialist and fitness instructor.
