Construction Corps is a veteran-owned design-build general contractor based in Clearwater, serving Pinellas County and the greater Tampa Bay area. We design, engineer, permit, and build under one contract with one accountable company. Our focus is larger residential projects: custom homes, home additions and second-story additions, accessory dwelling units (ADUs), whole-home renovations, and storm and flood damage reconstruction. We also handle commercial renovations and build-outs for property owners and businesses. Design, engineering, permitting, and project management are in-house, with construction performed by our W-2 field crews and vetted trade partners. Construction Corps holds six Florida licenses: Certified General Contractor CGC1530192, Engineering Firm FBPE39242, Electrical EC13013956, Plumbing CFC1432954, Mold Remediator MRSR5676, and Mold Assessor MRSA5772. We are an SBA-certified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business. Complimentary consultations are available for qualified projects.
