My passion is your good fortune for absolutely the best Philly cheesesteaks… I’m Robbie Lahiff, owner of Rich Rob’s Philly Stop, home of authentic, mouth-watering Philly Cheesesteaks. A longtime resident of South Florida, I found myself longing for my favorite childhood foods, specifically sizzling steak smothered in hot cheese on a fresh, soft roll. As a third-generation Pennsylvanian, I spent much of my childhood in the City of Brotherly Love, devouring all the cuisine it has to offer. My appetite for Philly-inspired foods never faded. A passion for that famed Philly flavor, along with a knack for culinary creations, inspired me to open Rich Rob’s Philly Stop. True to traditional Philly fare, the almighty ribeye and wonderful whiz are fixtures on our succulent subs. Of course, one size — or style — doesn’t fit all, which is why we offer chicken and veggie options as well. And what’s a Philly meal without our Mama’s signature pasta and potato salad, a creamy, dreamy complement to all of our staples? There’s also the Norristown Classic with a Rich Rob twist, the unforgettable Zep, complete with freshly sliced salami and provolone. Opening Rich Rob’s Philly Stop has been a true labor of love. For me, it was a no-brainer — creating a one-stop steak & cheese shop where family, friends, and strangers can bond over their mutual love of a fresh, home-cooked meal prepared by a chef who pours nothing but heart and soul — as well as a whole lot of flavor — into his creations.
