My style of massage therapy might best be described as eclectic. I have studied several different modalities and I mix them continuously throughout every session. Sometimes the modality that I choose will be dependent on the part of the body I am addressing. For example, when working with the hands or feet I will likely try to incorporate reflexology. If a client wants to be stretched, I will likely choose Thai massage (or its adapted counterpart known as Table Thai). Often, I might address an issue or an area with tried-and-true Swedish massage techniques, or I might implement a strategic myofascial release. Rest assured each session will be custom-made to fit each client's particular needs and desires. Every client is cherished.
