Not sure what it is but I always have an issue at this particular DD. I used the order ahead function on the app. Get here and surprise, my order was not ready, nor had the ticket even been pulled...

The absolute worst customer service I've ever witnessed, waited in line for 10 minutes while the under staffed employees tended to drive thru... all of staff... no registers were open, didn't...

Okay here is a good one. Just went to this DD to order an ice coffee at 4:30 but they couldn't fill my order, why you ask, They were OUT of coffee!!!! They did however have water and juice!!

No matter what time of day you go or if you use the drive thru you will wait. Never fully staffed. Today I had to tell my order to the lady three times and it still was wrong.

This store is always out of product,extremely slow,short staffed,stale donuts.Avoid this store
