tripadvisorShopping is one thing, but working there what a joke $14.00 a hour, and they work you like a dog, every weekend, they will give you hard time about working around your schedule, they want you and you only.
MoreExcellent choices for food and drink. We were able to stock our hotel room with the kids favorite snacks. My wife and I found some gourmet food and a nice bottle of wine. Clean, friendly
MoreIn the bathroom I needed toilet paper, soap, and paper towels. Had to wait a long time to get rung up with my items. Women kept sampling wines. Should have a cashier just for the deli items so we can sit down and eat.
MoreThe prices seemed high for the quality of some of the they were trying to sell. It made it seem like you had to have a lot of extra income to shop here. Even the before prices of the items on their clearance racks seemed high. I used to like shopping at their old location because the prices seemed normal but since they moved into the new location and the prices went up I don't like shopping here.
MoreHorrock’s in Battle Creek is an absolute gem. It’s part grocery store, part garden center, and part specialty market, with fresh produce, a great wine and craft beer selection, sushi bar, full meat counter, and fresh grab‑and‑go soups. There’s also plants, bird feed, and Horrock’s own canned goods like pepper jelly and pickled beets. We always stop to stock up on Michigan maple syrup and local honeys to bring back to Texas—they make perfect gifts. Always worth the visit.
