As a proud franchise of FocalPoint Business Coaching, we are positioned to team up with growing small business owners to make a significant impact on their ability to shift their focus from working in their business, to working on their business. We are certified to provide an extensive product line of expert coaching, training and behavior assessments. Our methodologies and robust curriculum were developed in part by our founder Brian Tracy as well as hundreds of fellow FocalPoint coaches worldwide. At Focal Point Business Coaching of Greater Pittsburgh, we place particular emphasis on scaling operations through fostering supportive and accountable relationships between owners and the managers they need to know they can trust. Although we can work in multiple business, arts and non-profit contexts, we particularly enjoy working with small bars, restaurants and brewpubs in the Steel City and surrounding areas. *Visit our website to schedule a 20-minute appointment to speak with us about your business, and to determine for yourself if business coaching with FocalPoint is the right fit for you. *Also of value, visit our website to fill out a free Business Growth Assessment (3-5 minutes) which focuses on the 5 main areas of business: Clarity, Effectiveness, Growth, Sales, and Leadership.
