From the beginning, SUPER prompt and friendly communication and remained that way! Seemingly brand new, VERY tastefully remodeled, clean room and bathroom. Great water pressure and crystal clear local water - absolutely drinkable from the tap. Shower had plenty of hot water... fixtures are modern and the sink very pleasantly large. AC, coffee/sugar/creamer in the room. Beds are a very personal thing, but for us (We are very picky... ) VERY comfy and the pillows were equally comfy! (Another very personal thing... I have a hard time on a different pillow... most suck!) Linens clean and seemed to be a high tread count cotton... just what I like... very cool, breathable and smooth. Came from Texas, and we happened to visit while it was 104-105... hotter than Texas and the AC did its job beautifully.Parking right out in front of your room, so no one is taking your spot. Back patio had very tasteful wood plank and iron design partition blinds to lend comfort and some privacy. Back grounds are grass... lush and green! Designated smoking areas - wife smokes cigs and I enjoy cigars so this was a MUST... Also enjoyed some local smoke... :) Further back is a communal firepit area with comfy Adirondak chairs. Owners dog and cat are extremely sweet and friendly.Frig was ample and the small icemaker on the counter rocked! Kept up with our drinks. Electronic lock on door which was customized for us... super convenient. Location was 5 min to everything in town! The whole place lives up to its description as a Boutique room. Owners could not POSSIBLY be more friendly, accommodating and responsive. A++++++!!!!!! Even Karens would likely find noting to complain about. My Dad lives in Palisade and we WILL be back to this place!

One night stay here in June. Great find. Very clean. Beds are comfortable. Great views from your own back porch. The owner Micheal was very kind. Close to town. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved the location and everything about our room. The rooms have so many thoughtful touches, right down to fresh ground coffee for the coffee maker. We will definitely stay here again!

We booked the Homestead while a few hours drive away. What a surprise gem. Easy check in, stylish and spotless room, with delightfully cozy beds. Wish we had more time to utilize little kitchen with coffee machine and backyard chairs and fire pit. The views are lovely to wake up to! Charm galore!

Nice! Scenic, quiet, convenient and upscale. Gorgeous setting and views. Wherever there was a design decision, they chose the high end. Between the full size coffeemaker, fresh ground coffee, great views and private backyard furniture, I stayed hours past my planned departure time. Very convenient communication. Checkin/out could not be easier. The proprietor was very friendly and genuine. This one's a keeper!
